The life of a SCUBA diver, photographer and ocean advocate
As a life-long ocean advocate and photographer, Gina started developing her underwater portfolio in Hawaii filming manta rays while completing a Bachelor’s in fine art photography. After graduation she started working as a dive instructor. Full of wanderlust, she worked and traveled for 3 years before going back to school.
In 2018 she completed a Master’s degree in marine conservation at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland.
Her images have been published in Costa Rica Blue: The Underwater Guide. She has also worked with Dive Resorts providing visual content for their websites and social media.
Now settled in Seattle, Washington, Gina is working with her husband as part-owners of Optical Ocean Sales, an underwater photography equipment sales company.
